WHO WE ARE

If I'm not at home cooking mojo pork tacos, whipping up different risottos, or creating unique cheesecakes, you're likely to find me in my old work jeans tackling projects on my rental properties. On the weekends, I enjoy trips focused around restaurants featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives or hiking Crowders Mountain with my beautiful wife. I value the importance of God, family, Sunday dinners around the table, and helping my daughter with her school work. For us, food and friends is what it's all about!

I began learning my way around the kitchen at an early age, out of necessity. While my mother had many great qualities, cooking was not one of them! After a couple high school cooking classes and my first restaurant job, my desire for a good meal turned into a passion for all things culinary.

It was just a few short years later I found myself graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and experiencing the opportunity to cook for celebrities like Harrison Ford and Annette Bening. To this day, I love discovering and inventing delicious flavors in the kitchen.

In addition to food, my love for people has grown into a desire to help those needing the foodservice industry, who were once just as lost as I was. Not only do I have the privilege of helping businesses bring their foodservice needs to fruition, but I've been honored to work with other passionate business owners who are making a positive impact upon their community. It has been so rewarding to hear their stories, figure out their needs, and help bring their vision to life.
